Character Registration.

In attempts to make sure that we have only characters that have been accepted and that are active, members are required to post here when their character is first accepted. Monthly counts for all cats will be posted at the beginning of every month where members are required to post stating where they have posted with a set of links to prove each post. You will be given a weeks notice before we just say -- GET YOUR BUTTS OVER HERE AND TURN IN YOUR POSTS. But if you can do it without having to delay, that would be great.
